II. Production
Core Equipment Components
Stacked cage frames and cage bodies
Generally constructed as a 3‑5‑tier stacked structure. All main frames undergo hot‑dip galvanising treatment for superior corrosion resistance and a service life of 15‑20 years. Large‑opening cage‑door design facilitates chick placement and chicken catching at slaughter. Optimised flexible cage‑bottom mesh reduces the incidence of breast blisters and leg disorders. All components are modular for on‑site assembly.
Feeding system
Feed silo + pan‑auger or travelling‑cart feeding lines, fitted with height‑adjustable broiler‑specific feed pans. Pan height can be adjusted according to bird age, and anti‑spill structures minimise feed waste. A PLC controller delivers timed and metered feed discharge, adjusts feed volumes at different growth stages and ensures even feed access across the whole house.
Drinking‑water system
Height‑adjustable integrated water lines equipped with 360‑degree stainless‑steel nipple drinkers. Supporting accessories include filters and automatic medicators for water‑based vaccination and medication. Pipeline flushing is convenient, lowering biofilm and bacterial growth inside water lines.
Manure‑removal system
PP manure‑removal conveyor belts are installed beneath each tier of cages and run automatically on a timed schedule. Manure is transported horizontally and obliquely before being directly loaded onto trucks for off‑site disposal. Manure remains dry, indoor ammonia emission is reduced and no litter material is required.
Environmental‑control system
Negative‑pressure exhaust fans, evaporative cooling pads, side‑wall inlet windows, heating equipment and a lighting system. Sensors collect data on temperature, humidity, ammonia and CO₂ levels, and automatically adjust ventilation, temperature and lighting according to the broilers’ age. Supports on‑site operation and remote mobile alarm notifications.
Intelligent management‑control system
PLC control cabinet, multiple sensors, large‑screen display and cloud platform. The system records feed consumption, water usage, mortality‑and‑culling data and environmental parameters, automatically generates farming reports and enables digital management of the entire farm.
Equipment Production and On‑site Implementation
Factory‑based processes include sheet‑metal cutting, welding, hot‑dip galvanising anti‑corrosion treatment, plastic‑part injection moulding and electric‑control assembly. Modular equipment packages are transported to the project site. Cage frames, feed lines, water lines, manure‑removal units and environmental‑control wiring are installed in accordance with construction drawings. No‑load commissioning is performed first, followed by trial operation with live birds. The facility is handed over for production only once all parameters meet specifications.
